Kristal Parks
Kristal Parks believes every woman deserves a safe place to be heard, supported and reminded that her well-being matters.
Kristal founded The Voice of a First Lady to help women find and use their voice — especially in seasons when responsibility, leadership, family, ministry or life have taught them to carry things quietly. The mission creates intentional spaces for honest conversation, connection and encouragement without the expectation to perform.
Mental health and well-being are central to that vision. Through conversations about emotional wellness, healthy boundaries, rest, healing and self-care, Kristal advocates for women caring for the person behind every title they hold — spiritually, emotionally and practically.
“Finding your voice is more than learning to speak. It is learning that your mental health, your well-being and your story deserve space too.” — Kristal
